KURT COBAIN'S SUICIDE DESCRIPTION
"I remember the day Kurt had taken his life, I woke up to a bright sunny day completely unaware of what had happened earlier that morning. I remember turning on the radio to "Come As You Are" and thinking to myself how strange it was for this particular station to be playing Nirvana. I thought nothing of it and went downstairs. As I went into the kitchen I looked on the table and saw on the front page of a newspaper a picture of Kurt lying on the floor with the headlines "DEATH OF A ROCK STAR" or words to that affect above. I couldn't believe it... Myself and a good friend of mine were heavily into Nirvana, especially Kurt Cobain. As an entertainer and a person, he said so much that we could relate to, his opinions and ideas were in some way unique but still made a lot of sense to me. I'll admit his influence on us was not always good, I mean a good friend of mine took up drugs and I remember failing an important exam because I wanted to be the first in the record store for the release of In Utero. It was a different life."
THANKS TO KURT COBAIN INTERNET SHRINE! NOT MY QUOTE, OBVIOUSLY!
